About
Utah Fit Check, also known as Utah Boy Fit Check, refers to a TikTok trend in which users showcase their outfit (fit) by giving two thumbs up, grabbing their pant legs and moving them side to side, then jumping up in the air and spinning, trying to perform a 360 or 720. The trend started when a teenage boy from Utah, TikToker @michaelmal568, posted the original fit check video in which he performed the maneuver to the song "Harness Your Hopes" by Pavement, leading with the lyrics, "Show me a word that rhymes with pavement. And I won't kill your parents and roast them on a spit" Going into April 2024, multiple users replicated his fit-check style.
