About

Verbalase's "Roxanne Wolf Beatbox" refers to an animated music video commissioned by beatboxer Verbalase in which he is pursued by Five Nights at Freddy's character Roxanne Wolf and threatened by her into assisting her in making a song. Released in mid-June 2024, the video became a viral subject of memes and discussions due to it being the second time Verbalase commissioned a self-ship animated music video after his notorious $50,000 Hazbin Hotel AMV in January 2024.

Origin

On June 15th, 2024, beatboxer and internet personality Verbalase released "Roxanne Wolf Beatbox!!," a 2:40 animated music video for the song "Roxanne Wolf Beabox Theme" in which an animated version of the beatboxer is threatened by Five Nights at Freddy's character Roxanne Wolf into helping her make a song, with Roxanne Wolf playfully chasing Verbalase around through the video and suggesting to "get out of here" at the end, with a terrified Verbalase ultimately running away. The upload accumulated over 190,000 views on YouTube[1] in three days (shown below).

- Hey Verbal, give me a beat!
- Uh…
- Hey! Eyes are up here, Ace.
- No, it's not that, it's that, um, you're very, very…
- Hot?
- Terrifying.

Spread

Due to Verbalase's earlier controversy involving him commissioning a $50,000 AMV in which he is sexually pursued by Charlie Morningstar from Hazbin Hotel, the release of the Roxanne Wolf beatbox video was followed by numerous internet users making memes about it.

On June 15th, 2024, X[2] user @PhelleAlt posted a Second Plane Has Hit the X meme that received over 11,000 reposts and 91,000 likes in three days (shown below).

On June 16th, X[3] user @HamSandwich368 made another post about Verbalase's video that garnered over 5,200 reposts and 102,000 likes in two days (shown below, left).

The posts were followed by various memes about Verbalase making another video in which there's sexual tension between him and a fictional character. On June 17th, 2024, X[4] user @kernArtist posted a fan art based on the video that gained over 140 likes in one day (shown below, right).
