Origin

The phrase comes from a video of children in a school responding to an offscreen adult asking, "Who likes Fortnite?" The video was reposted by YouTuber FortniteAddict on September 20th, 2018. The video has since received more than 1.4 million views (shown below).



The first available reference to the phrase was posted by iFunny [1] user Fabcool on July 30th, 2018.
