The meme was first posted only sometime before May 20th, 2023 (seen below, left), with a cropped version appearing on Instagram^[1] page @yandhi_memes on May 20th (seen below, right).

The phrase "My GOAT washed" gained considerable usage in May 2023, as seen in posts by X users @big_business_^[2] and @didjesusdrop^[3] from May 31st, 2023. A May 24th, 2023 post^[4] by @ChefTrillie read, "My goat beat the washed allegations," gathering over 2,000 likes in ten months (seen below).
