“Where's My Super Suit” is a memorable quote uttered by the character Frozone (voiced by Samuel L. Jackson) in the 2004 animated superhero film The Incredibles. Online, the moment from the film as well as screen captures have inspired numerous remixes, image macros and more.

Origin

On November 5th, 2004, the Pixar film The Incredibles was released in theaters in the United States. In the film, the character Frozone, a former superhero, sees that his city is under attack and wants to help. However, because superheroics have been outlawed, he does not know where his super suit is and asks his wife "Where's my super suit?" (shown below).^[1][2]

About six months later, YTMND ^[3] user LocutusOfBorg posted a page that repeated the moment and remixes it with another memorable quote by one of Samuel L. Jackson's character from Pulp Fiction. As of February 2018, the page has received a 4.21 rating (out of 1,532 votes).

Spread

One of the earliest known uses of the moment as a remix was posted on January 21st, 2011 by YouTuber ^[4] azmundai. The post (shown below, left) features a new animation while using the audio from the film and received more than 71,000 views in seven years.

Several months later, YouTuber^[5] keepmeposted25 added another remix, which received more than 111,000 views in seven years.

On April 9th, 2015, Redditor ^[6]HappyZombies posted "Why is the scene of 'WHERE IS MY SUPERSUIT' from The Incredibles really popular" in the /r/OutOfTheLoop subreddit. The post received more than 1,000 points (86% upvoted) and 300 comments.

On Febraury 22nd, 2017, YouTuber^[7] OmniBagel posted a YouTube Poop remix of the scene. The post (shown below) received more than 9.8 million views.
