A Change.org petition to get Big Fendi, known online for being the face of the RIPBOZO meme, to ring the bell at the upcoming 76ers vs. Nets game. Fendi has been promoting the petition on his Twitter page, posting a photo with 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin at the end of February along with the link, urging people to let him know they want to see Fendi there on the 10th.

The push for Big Fendi to ring the bell comes after Philadelphia 76ers player Joel Embiid posted the RIPBOZO meme to Twitter on February 10th in celebration of the Simmons-Harden trade, celebrating the fact the Simmons would no longer be playing for Philadephia. The two have been beefing since last year.

The Change.org petition has racked up nearly 6,000 signatures at the time of writing with an ultimate goal of 7,500. With just over a week to go until the game, it seems very likely that the petition will surpass its goal. However, it's worth mentioning that Change.org petitions are nothing official and it's unlikely that the NBA will make a decision based on it. Regardless, fans of Big Fendi and the all-time classic RIPBOZO meme, as well as Fendi himself, are making their voices heard in posts and memes of support online. With no official word from the NBA so far, it looks like we'll just have to wait and see if Fendi will be there on March 10th to ring the bell.
