Ever the memeable figure, Rudy Giuliani has surfaced in memes once again this week after he tweeted an advertisement for MyPillow brand sandals.

With an American flag and fireworks erupting in the background, it seems to be a July 4th promotion, but many on Twitter perceived it as another cringeworthy PR mistake. The tweet was posted yesterday, and it appears to be a paid advertisement for Mike Lindell's latest product.

All in all, it's not surprising that Lindell and Giuliani might've collaborated on this, both having circled under Donald Trump's brand of conservatism. The post also included the offer code "RUDY" so that any of his follower's would receive a discount on the Yeezy esque slides.

Although Giuliani did not allow replies under his tweet, that didn't stop users from clowning him in the quote retweets. As awareness of the tweet's actuality simmered over the day, many likened it to Giuliani's 'You' Tweet, his hair dye streaks and the same aesthetics as the satirical billboards from Grand Theft Auto.

If graphic design is a passion for Giuliani, then he might want to stick with that rather than being on The Masked Singer.

Regardless, the former New York City mayor has become a Fox News icon over the last few years and a major proponent of conservative values. Surely he has more up his sleeve in regards to memes as well.
