The CryptoQueen, Ruja Ignatova, Has Been Placed On The FBI's Most Wanted List

The scammer known as the CryptoQueen (real name Ruja Ignatova), who made off with over $4 billion in a cryptocurrency scam back in 2014, has officially been added to the FBI's top 10 most wanted list, years after disappearing without a trace but with the money.
The former OneCoin founder now has over $100,000 in reward money sitting for anyone who has answers that help result in her arrest, attracting the attention of many people on social media just for the absurdity of a criminal named "CryptoQueen" having a high-ranking wanted spot.
There will be a press conference today at 11am at 26 Federal Plaza to announce the addition of Ruja Ignatova, a.k.a. ‘Cryptoqueen’, to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list for allegedly defrauding investors of more than $4 billion through the OneCoin cryptocurrency company

As if people needed more ammunition against cryptocurrency, the story of CryptoQueen and her scam becoming part of America's most wanted was enough to make people once again take up arms on social media, attacking crypto as being one big pyramid scheme the entire time or calling out her OneCoin as not even being a real part of cryptocurrency when it first came out, instead being a scam from the start.
"Cryptoqueen wanted for running a coin as a pyramid scheme."
I don't want to be the guy to say it but all crypto is just a pyramid scheme. The only value in a coin is the value created by other people dumping money into the coin. That's not a business that's a pyramid.— kAN (@kan_gaming) July 1, 2022
