This picture shows that the singer Miley Cyrus is in Hoenn Route 118 in the Pokémon games Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. This is sad because the Hoenn region this generation has too many delinquents and street thugs just like the real world. :’(

Too all those Miley Cyrus fans who don't know what the Hoenn region is, it's a place in the Pokémon games, and Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are two of the games with the Hoenn region. Also, the reason the bottom right corner mentions "Game Freak" is because that's the company that made the Pokémon games.
