Pedro Alonso "How Life Feels" Montage refers to a viral video and montage of clips from Spanish actor Pedro Alonso's Instagram in which he records himself walking around Europe, including Berlin, Germany. Pedro Alonso is best known internationally for his work in the Netflix show Money Heist. The video is set to a fuzzy, shoegaze-inspired song titled "Scars" by American musician Novulent, and features the lyrics, "Just one more lie until I fall." The song went viral as a video caption meme on Twitter / X in November 2025. The clip was originally posted to TikTok in May 2025, before it went viral as a video template people used to describe "how life feels" in various situations.

On May 29th, 2025, TikToker[4] @vfxq4 posted a video montage showing Spanish actor Pedro Alonso recording himself traveling in Europe and Berlin in particular. Clips for the video were largely sourced from Pedro Alonso's own Instagram,[3] where he regularly records himself on his travels.

On November 16th, 2025, X[1] user @koagh7 reposted the clip without a caption and gathered over 44 million views and 99,000 likes in two weeks.


The song overlayed on the video is "Scars" by Houston-based musician Novulent, which went viral on TikTok in 2024, gathering over 2 million views on YouTube[2] in a year.

On November 9th, 2025, TikToker[7] @thesolidaoprime posted a similar video of Pedro Alonso set to a different song and slightly different clips of the actor, gathering over 1 million plays and 200,000 likes in three weeks.

On November 18th, 2025, X[5] user @fayuiz tweeted, "When you finally start accepting everything," alongside the video montage of Pedro Alonso, gathering over 200,000 likes and 8 million plays in three days.
