Horrified? Disapointed? Are you mentally impaired? The game creators didn't told themselve "You know what would be really fucking funny? Putting a gaz pokemon inside a Holocaust Memorial." Koffing is a type of pokemon who is quite common and can be found in various urban area, it wasn't placed her in purpose by the game creators. So not only is the person posting this a moron, they also have no humor.
