Whenever Rowling makes an attempt at a political statement

"ridiculing poor people who are reduced to getting a few dollars"..? Dude, the Fiverr guys know enough English and are aware enough of what they do and say; they are not being "ridiculed" here. People laugh WITH them, not AT them (I certainly do, at least). Their job is nothing to look down upon them, considering their country's condition. If anything, they got it cheap and are fortunate enough to have the job they have: it could be MUCH worse.

The only one ridiculing "poor people" here is Rowling herself by identifying said people through their econimic situation rather than them as people with self-awareness and principles. They deserve that right as much as anyone else.

But then again, all of my comment is pointless, not because she will never read it, but because literally nothing any of us say will top Joakim's roast.
