If youtube removes a video because it FEARS it MIGHT get sued, you can point out that no complain was made and that youtube did something stupid.

It's… nice to see that they're thinking of this, but I feel it's a far too idealistic way to see things. If there was a way to guarantee proper enforcement of said methods, maybe it'd be easier for me to buy.
