If it's a younger one, I'd try to make him better at art so he can get into art school and not become a genocidal dictator. Who knows, maybe I can make him make tiny paintings and sell them for money.

If it's a post-1934 Hitler, I'd probably just force him to watch Hitler Rants Parodies and videos of people insulting WWII German military equipment. I'd probably also routinely dress up as a member of the Soviet Red Army and destroy miniature models of 1940's Berlin by Squat Dancing all over it.
