What fans of the game don't know however is that it predicted a real scientific discovery made that same year! A paper published in the July 1994 issue of the journal Animal Beahviour (merely 5 months after the game's release) called "Usurpation of host behaviour by a parasitic wasp" was the first ever documented examination of what would later be called the bodyguard manipulation!
