My OCs are usually about at Ichiko Aoba, but then you can't see their eyebrows and it makes their facial expressions seem awkward, so I've very recently decided to start drawing their eyebrows over their bangs.

It sounds weird on paper and when you think about it, but you'd be surprised how many cartoons do it for the sake of expressiveness.
