This is so stupid. All of it is so dumb. The fact that both sides are trying to play the "Nazi Card"

Putin was raised by a Jewish family, and Russia is very welcoming of Jews. Ukraine has an actual ethnic Jewish president. Neither of them can be Nazis or Hitlers, but both are Slavs, which means that Hitler would view them all as subhumans

I think in this case the comparison is less about socio-political philosophies and more about the fact that Putin is invading another country with the intent to capture it, outraging the global community at large.
This is very similar to how WW2 started.
