Unfortunately I was a dumbass who forgot to save the link back to the /k/ thread I found this in and after searching for an hour, I was unable to find it using reverse image search.

4 defeats that sank Russian naval glory 1. Battle of Svensksund (1790) The Russian fleet lost over 7,000 men and 60 warships, 22 of which were captured. The Swedes, in turn, lost just five ships. A military triumph was snatched out of Russian hands, and a peace was concluded on conditions of status quo. 2. Battle of Tsushima (1905) C.Schoit. The naval battle ended with the total defeat of the Russian fleet. Twenty-one warships were sunk, including six battleships. Seven ships were captured by the Japanese, six hid at neutral ports, where they were interned, and only few managed to escape. 3. Tallinn disaster (1941) The Soviet ships were sitting ducks for the German pilots. By the time the convoy reached Leningrad on August 31, it had lost 62 ships with over 10,000 men. The Germans lost just ten aircraft. 4. Sinking of the Moskva The Moskva, a Guided Missile Cruiser and Flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, was struck by Anti-Ship missiles fired by the Ukrainian military. Of the 500 crew that were on board, only about 100 were rescued. Despite efforts to try and tow the Moskva back to port, the ship heeled over and eventually sank. It was a humiliating moment that left the Black Sea Fleet significantly weakened and greatly undermined the national prestige of Russia.
