Interesting take. What gave you that vibe though? Was it shape of her face, the symmetry of her eyes, the haircut and hair color or all of the above? On average east Asians have slightly wider jaws and their bone structure gives the impression of a "round face", which contrasts with Loid's very narrow and pointy face that are common in Caucasians instead





The "moe" art style of modern anime captures that type of face very well, whereas the same jaw wigth would result a Caucasian face to look more "square"

in few words, Yor is designed like pretty much every other female anime character, with the coloring contrast between her and Loid being the cherry on top. I've seen them being compared to Leon and Ada so it's definitely not everything a very strange coincidence


So yes! Yor as a character is European, but the way she's drawn basically just says she's Asian lol

So I am not the only one who thinks Yor's character design looks more like an Asian woman instead of a white one. Maybe it's just me that gets that vibe and the UNIQLO ad is completely a coincidence
