Nemona - Consentual rivalry with Nemona

Considering she refuses to give up until you "accept", this is more a case of "questionable consent", where you technically consented but under less-than-willing circumstances.

Though it is indeed still more consensual than what Silver did.

Silver is still one of the best rivals in the franchise, if only for the how well-developed a character arc he has so early in the series. I especially like how he gets an attitude adjustment as gen 2 goes on, and it's subtly referenced in the game mechanics by him getting a crobat to demonstrate a higher compassion for his pokemon

Blue was fine, but even the gen 1 crowd would admit he's one-note as far as R/B/Y goes.
