Critical Hit (Fire Emblem) - GBA General crits are peak

Gba generals were something else. I think that's why everyone wanted Amelia in Sacred Stones as one.

As nice as the voice lines and cut ins are in Awakening… many games from then on lacked the "soul" of the old crit animations.

GBA fire emblem has some incredibly sprite animations for critical hits.

And in the case of Amelia… an adorable crit animation with a lot of soul behind it.
