Thats actually pretty clever. That way one doesnt have to get close to an homeless guy to give him a bit of help. I dont know for you guys but there are only 2 reasons why i dont give money to beggers. 1:i dont wanna get close to them, i dont wanna get shanked. 2: they will probly buy drugs or booze with that money anyway so its pointless. Yet that idea solve both problems, its brilliant!

Why was this down voted ? Homeless people can't bathe, and many are homeless because of drug addiction, drug addicts are unpredictable.
