Even if the client contact emails you, a lowly admin person just asking a stupid question about some stupid spreadsheet, you have to clear it through the main sales rep before you reply, or else you'll likely wind up getting a stern lecture. The LAST THING they want is some lowly customer service rep or account manager giving a stupid answer, or not knowing some special arrangement they had, and making them look stupid in front of a client. A loss of a single client can determine whether they are going to vacation in Bali next summer, AND THE STARS AND MOONS CAN COLLIDE IF THEY CAN'T VACATION IN BALI NEXT SUMMER!
