Mary Magdalene, also known by her Instagram handle @1800leavemaryalone and her real name Denise Ivonne Jarvis Gongora, is an OnlyFans model and NSFW pornstar most known for her self-proclaimed addiction to plastic surgery, tattoos and piercings that have led to her virality on Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. She's also become notable through various interviews where she's relayed controversial statements regarding her future and health, essentially admitting to modifying her body until she dies. Her aesthetic relates to both Bimbo culture and the Cock Destroyers.

In mid-December 2025, Magdalene died when she fell from a high-rise apartment building in Patong, Thailand, with her death subsequently receiving widespread media coverage, as well as reactions on social media. Much of the discourse surrounding her death centered on what outlets called a "haunting" final post the day before her passing.

Online History

Mary Magdalene is 25 years old and was born in Toronto, Canada. According to the YouTube^[1] channel InformOverload, she received her first cosmetic surgery when she was 20.^[13] At the time, she was working as an escort and exotic dancer.

Magdalene's first social media account was on Twitter,^[2] which she created in June 2018. However, she didn't post her first tweet^[3] until April 19th, 2019, being an NSFW GIF attributed to her OnlyFans presence. Over the course of three years, the tweet received roughly 3,300 likes.

In September 2019, Magdalene launched her presence on OnlyFans, gaining traction there going into 2020. Throughout 2020, she started posting to an Instagram account with the handle @xomarym, however, she would later change that username and delete all prior posts. Evidence of her 2020 Instagram account can be viewed via a fan account called @xomarymfans, which made its first post^[4] of her on August 7th, 2020, earning over 500 likes in two years (shown below).

The first YouTuber to cover Magdalene's story on their channel was YouTube^[5] page Xclusive Channel Network on June 24th, 2020, where over the course of two years, the video received roughly 32,700 views (shown below). The narrator mentions several noteworthy facts about Magdalene, such as the fact that she was 21 when she got a boob job, that she received surgery on her vagina in Mexico sometime in early 2020 with the goal of making it bigger, which purportedly almost killed her. The third notable statement is that, at the time of the video's making, her now-deleted Instagram had amassed roughly 308,000 followers.

A little over a year later, on September 2nd, 2021, Magdalene was a guest on the No Jumper podcast, interviewed by its host Adam22. Over the course of six months, the video's received roughly 713,000 views (shown below). In the interview, Magdalene is asked multiple questions about her origin story. At one point, she relayed the story of her surgery in Mexico, detailing how she almost died trying to get the "world's biggest vagina." She also mentioned how she was going to keep getting plastic surgery until she passed away from it.

Magdalene used the No Jumper interview to circle engagement back to her new Instagram following her old one being deleted by the platform. Her first accessible post^[5] on the Instagram was made on November 15th, 2021, earning roughly 2,400 likes in four months (shown below, left). She also started posting to TikTok in November 2021 on an account with the username @leavexomarymalone, however, her account was removed by the platform. Regardless, she reposted one of her TikToks to Instagram^[6] on December 3rd, 2021, receiving roughly 5,600 likes in four months (shown below, right).

Duets and Stitches with her November 2021 TikTok content are still accessible on the platform, however. For instance, on November 30th, TikToker^[7] joh16222 posted a Stitch that earned roughly 18,800 plays in three months.

Going into 2022, Magdalene received more mainstream attention as her Instagram presence became more notable. For instance, on January 4th, 2022, Magdalene shared an Instagram^[8] post of a side-by-side comparison of her now versus when she was younger, earning roughly 7,200 likes over the course of three months (shown below, left). On February 12th, she shared an image to Instagram^[9] of her wearing a custom T-shirt, reading off all of the surgeries she'd gotten over the years with the closing sentiment, "YES i am gonna have more surgery hon. Why? Cuz i can & want to!!!!" The post (shown below, right) received roughly 15,000 likes in one month.

Mostly inspired by the aforementioned Instagram post, Magdalene received press coverage from outlets like The Sun^[10] and Daily Mail^[11] who both described her as "surgery-addicted."

As of March 25th, 2022, Magdalene has roughly 94,600 followers on Instagram^[12] and 78,900 followers on Twitter.^[2]

Death

On December 9th, 2025, Mary Magdalene, Denise Ivonne Jarvis Gongora, died when she reportedly fell from the ninth floor of an apartment building located in Patong, a beach town in Phuket Island, Thailand.^[14]

According to Captain Channarong Prakongkuea of the local Patong Police Station, Magdalene's body was discovered by apartment staff in the building’s parking lot. Police are reportedly continuing to investigate the incident, and it's unknown what happened as of December 12th.^[14]

Police said they were informed that Magdalene was supposed to check out of the apartment the following day, December 10th, with a pair of flip-flop sandals believed to belong to her left behind on the ninth floor.^[15]

Several international news outlets reporting on her death referenced a "haunting" final post from Magdalene the day prior.^[14]

On her alternate Instagram^[16] account (@marymagdalene.art) that day, she shared an image depicting actor Jim Carrey from the 1998 comedy film The Truman Show during the end scene in which he said, "And in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening and good night," showing the actor bowing. The carousel post also included an image of Magdalene as a child in the second part.

Magdalene's death received numerous reactions and posts as the story spread online in mid-December 2025, such as a post to the /r/awfuleverything^[17] subreddit that garnered over 2,500 upvotes and 240 comments in 13 hours.
