Who Is 'Turkish Quandale Dingle' From The 'TikTok Rizz Party?'

In March 2024, a few videos of teenagers dancing at a sweet 16 party went viral on TikTok. In particular, one video of the teens dancing to Kanye West's song "Carnival" became the subject of memes, with many referring to the party as the TikTok Rizz Party. This is a reference to an older meme based on a series of posters seen in the wild advertising a party of the same name.

In classic TikTok fashion, users are now treating the TikTok Rizz Party like a piece of crowdsourced fiction and creating lore around it. In particular, they're making lore about the characters at the party, meaning the group of teens, with one kid seen dancing with his tongue out becoming the most popular target of the memes. The majority of the memes about Turkish Quandale Dingle are edits that cut up footage of him at the viral TikTok Rizz Party in a variety of ways.
