TikTok Rizz Party, which later inspired the TikTok Rizz Party 'Carnival' Boys and other TikTok Rizz Party Lore, refers to a photo of a flyer left on someone's car that advertised a so-called "TikTok Rizz Party" with a free cover. The original image was taken sometime before May 18th, 2023, and it spread on TikTok, Instagram and Twitter / X. Memes were made that referenced the TikTok Rizz Party going into late 2023, which mostly labeled the party as "cringe" and "corny" due to its use of slang buzzwords. In March 2024, a video of teenage boys singing "Carnival" by Kanye West went viral on TikTok and many called the video the TikTok Rizz Party.
Origin
The original photo of the TikTok Rizz Party flyer was posted to an Instagram story by Instagram[1] user @23ryan_ sometime on or before May 11th, 2023. A full screenshot of @23ryan_'s story was posted by X[2] user @33roaaa on May 11th, who wrote, "florida is not real ðŸ˜ðŸ˜," alleging that the image was taken in Florida. The tweet gained 18 likes in six months. @23ryan_'s Instagram story had text reading, "MAN DONT EVER PUT NO CORNY SHIT LIKE THIS ON MY CAR 😂😂" (cropped version shown below).
Spread
On June 1st, 2023, the cropped image was posted by Instagram[3] user @indianhoodmoments, gaining roughly 2,400 likes in five months. On June 7th, the image was posted by iFunnier[4] @UnrelentingJuggernaut, gaining roughly 3,400 smiles in five months. On June 13th, X[5] user @upblissed posted the image, gaining roughly 12,000 likes in five months.
The image started receiving reactions and memes on TikTok soon after, evident in a video posted by TikToker[6] @lookitsdante which received roughly 271,700 plays and 10,300 likes in five months (shown below, left). On July 3rd, 2023, TikToker[7] @sherm101_ posted a stitch in which the punchline was the photo of the flyer, gaining roughly 1 million plays and 166,600 likes in four months (shown below, right).

The TikTok Rizz Party 'Carnival' Boys refers to a group of teenage boys at a Sweet 16 party singing and dancing to the song "Carnival" by Kanye West, featuring Rich the Kid and Playboi Carti, with one boy wearing a blue tie leading the group. The viral video spread on TikTok in early 2024 as many people likened it to the TikTok Rizz Party meme, essentially labeling the boys as cringe. Others called it the "Fortnite Rizz Party." As the meme spread, the kid with the blue tie was later revealed to be TikToker Seby_Sarms (@seby_sarms).


Turkish Quandale Dingle
Turkish Quandale Dingle is a nickname given to a teenage boy who appears in a series of TikTok Rizz Party 'Carnival' boys videos dancing at his friend's sweet 16 party. The nickname is a reference to the meme character Quandale Dingle and was given to the boy for a perceivable resemblance between him and an edited photo of rapper YoungBoy NBA with a large nose, which is often used to visually represent Quandale Dingle. The meme was popularized in early April through video edits and memes expanding on the fictional lore of Turkish Quandale Dingle.
Blue Tie Kid
Blue Tie Kid, also known as the TikTok Rizz Party Leader, is a nickname given to a teenage boy considered to be the leader of the group of teens, which was later revealed to be 16-year-old Sebastian Sarmiento whose TikTok account was @seby_261.Videos about the teen started to go viral in mid-March 2024, with lore and ironic meme content about him being popularized in early April.
