So I had this crazy idea while funposting in the IRC, what if I were to make a KYM dating sim? Just for fun, probably nothing too serious (IE Katawa Shoujo) riddled with memes, obscure references and inside jokes, etc.

Would anyone be actually interesting in playing this abomination thing if it were to be made? And if anyone was I have some problems: I don't know where'd I make this other than Greenfoot/Powerpoint, and even then I don't know how to make a save file and whatnot. (If anyone could help me with that if I decide to make this, that'd be great).

So basically KYM mods + shitposters dating sim because the other members don't matter.

Then again, I don't know a lot of people here, and that includes most of the people here. I just choose them because mod dicksucking they seem to be well known. I would've gone with just mods, but that's kinda boring. I don't see any problem with adding anyone in it.

Thanks. The reason why I used avatars was because I dunno what else to work with and I'm a shit artist. I was planning on doing something like emotions that would appear on the top right like a sweat drop, the anime anger symbol, exclamation mark, etc. Although editing the images just a bit so they change with each scene seems easy enough.

The sample images already look amazing. I'd love to apply to the academy (after meeting myself at the reception…), gain twisty's trust and friendship, and then murder him by poisoning his condom. +1 awesome

I have a question! Is the main objective of this game to bang other users or will there be a deeper plot involving consequences of all the choices you've made during gameplay? Frankly I hope we just bang.

I wasn't planning on it, maybe just joke scenes or something like Hatoful Boyfriend where it's just a dating sim and no actual sex also I'm not drawing mod or user porn

On a more (less?) serious note, if you need help feel free to ask. I expect to be hidden on screen every time Lurk appears. Remember: more H-scenes is better. Bonus points for hot mod-on-meme action.

The only thing I could imagine needing help on is getting my hands on Flash (Which seems to be the best bet when making one of these) and learning how to use it. I now Java decently to the point of normal games, but a full game seems kinda a stretch for me. goat will be a route

You have my permission to use my username and avatar for the owner of the vidya club/fandom. Also if the art is to be original, I would prefer whatever art of me to be in grayscale to keep the artistic integrity of my avatar. Regarding that, I'm okay if things like blushing, the anime sweat drop, or whatever else is used for displaying the mood of myself is in color.

Why don't you use Ren'Py, the engine used for Katawa Shoujo? It's free and you'd be able to export to Android, along with PC, Mac and Linux, of course.

It's simple enough, and there's a huge amount of tutorials.

On another note, I'd be up for drawing some of the character images and emotions too. Just tell me what you need and I'll try to deliver to the best of my ability.
