Errm… while that's not quite what I had in mind, I had to quote something so I'd have an excuse to post my own prediction.

I don't really like the idea of matchmaking, especially in a situation like this. It would be a terrible lesson to teach kids that it's okay to meddle in other peoples' love lives. I have a feeling that in the end, Big Mac and Cheerilee won't get together. It seems too convenient that the only single stallion and non-family older mare that the CMC know well should fall for each other. My bet: They'll try to bring them together, and after many hilarious and adorable attempts, they'll fail. They'll wonder why Big Mac is being so reluctant, and then, in the grand finale: FLUTTERMAC.

Nah. I didn't either. Honestly, I think it's an overrated fic. Sure, the ending's kinda sad, but I've read much worse. For the entire duration of it I couldn't shake the feeling that the author was just using it to express his own desire to be a parent. The way he keeps Dash in isolation for years on end, and even moves away from civilisation seemed a bit creepy to me. It was like he was keeping her all to himself.

Getting drunk on ponies tonight (and…figuring out my class schedule…but that's tomorrow.) But whatever, man, not tonight though, because this is me gettin' drunk on ponies.

I sincerely believe that we are some darned good looking bronies. You all deserve all of the krama you got on that thread for having the intestinal fortitude to post up there. But to be honest, I'll probably remember you more by your avatars.

So the CMC are going to try to hook up Cheerilee and Big McIntosh, huh?

It won't end up working. If it does, then it won't be referenced much in the show (a la Pinkie Sense.) At most, I could imagine Big Mac and Cheerilee going along with it, and then stopping their charade and lecturing the three on why they shouldn't interfere with others' relationships (friendships or otherwise.) And then as the three get distracted by Rainbow Dash or something inane, Big Mac and Cheerilee look at each other sheepishly leaving us to wonder.

Also, I'm really surprised that Studio B is going there. I figure it's pretty tame stuff considering Secret of My Excess's ending, but I figured romantic relationships wouldn't be addressed much outside of simple crushes. Ponies surprise me again.

I'm betting that there will be an entire episode devoted to filly Twilight Sparkle. This season has focused more on other characters (and it is merited,) but I have a feeling that there is some filly Twilight on the horizon.

Do you remember during the Great Pony Drought of 2011? One of the artists released some sketches of Twilight Sparkle as a filly. And I feel like there was some confirmation that more mane six filly airtime was on the way.

Maybe we could see why Twilight dreads magic Kindergarten. MAYBE SHE WAS THE ONE WHO LIVED.

As for Engie, I did that. It was the best tasting and most meaningful cupcake I ever ate.
And Al, I meant he needs to face the Grimdark. It's not manly to enjoy, but one day, that Fic will cross his path, and never move. He will have to read it. At least he can do it saying that he did it with his head held high. He may not like it, but he will have to eventualy read it. It's not manly to run away from your fears. I for one, laughed at the original. It's nothing compared to my dreams. I had one where I had to pry out my own eye with a flat piece of scrap metal. When I got up, I had to check if my eye was still there. Cupcakes is nothing compared to that.

I'm cool with him not reading or watching it. The fanfic is pretty terrible quality wise, and it's a little disgusting at parts. I thought the video was kinda funny, and the animation was really impressive, but I wouldn't expect everyone else to share those views. Just remember… oh god, I don't wanna say it…

There is always at least one troll in the article comment section who comes in and either calls all the Bronies fags or posts images/video's of pony sex/slaughter.

They always fail. All those images of ponies getting raped/raping or mudered/murdering was actually created by Bronies themselves so showing that stuff to Bronies accomplishes nothing.

Just downvote the troll posts and pay no further attention other than your pity for those trolls who keep wasting their time like that

Kramas for Connor and opspe! Didn't know opspe knew Spanish though. Thanks. I'd say I learn something everyday from being a brony, but I don't think I'll remember how to make correct verb tenses and stuff.. Either way, I can read the correct sentence and understand it well enough, so that's not too bad, I guess.

Japanese is the same way. Since Japanese uses a lot of common characters from Chinese, supposedly a Japanese-speaker can pick up a Chinese newspaper and read it, but with the hiragana and katakana being used only in Japanese, a Chinese-speaker can't do the same for the written Japanese language (according to one of my sensei.) I'm generally stuck with using romanji, because I don't feel like downloading the language pack for Japanese. And I understand much less Japanese than Spanish, because…well, I don't know much kanji at all.

Yeah, I saw that on EqD. I've always wondered…we're pretty smart guys and gals, no? What if some of the people on the show come by (or have come by) to see what we say about the shows? I mean, even at our worst, we're much more civil than other threads and we're much more discussion-based.

Pero, chico, ¡soy fluente! And lemme just say about Japanese, you're not alone in not being able to read it. Most people who try to learn it take much, much longer to read than to speak because of the sheer number of characters. It's the same with Chinese (but not Korean).

I saw the images. I was not talking about them. I was talking about grimdark art in general.

My point is that we already have Cupcakes, Little Miss Rarity, Futashy, Rainbow Factory and SAM so a picture of ponies getting chainsawed up is absolutely nothing. Doesn't phase me at all, or most other people for that matter.

Yeah desensitization is something I need, but something like SAM which is just disgusting in a sexual way which is just stupid for me. So I refuse to like that grimdark, or that type for that matter.
