While the opposition isn't quite large enough to seriously derail the bill, if 11 sponsors pull out on the same day as a major protest, it shows the protests are going somewhere and an effect is being felt.

My recommendation is to continue and expand the protests. This will put more pressure on the sponsors, and supporters to switch sides via increase in negative feedback and continuation of negative feedback.

The ultimate goal should be either to at least reach a majority so that its path to passage will be severely curtailed via constant disagreement and failed votes or reach 60% opposition so that the bill can be filibustered to death.

And the ponies live to see another day.

It does comfort me, but I can only say is that this will happy to continue to go at this rate because we are half way their….6 days from voting too.

I was going to make other Big Mac X Cheerilee ones when I get the chance but that one I made with that pic because it's supposed to be her with 80s style and bloody nose from too much coke hence Big Mac's surprised look. Also that's why I did the web site bad-teacher not naughty or hot teacher.

If you want to improve on your pony drawing I can help. So can Ivan and Muumi for that matter (both of them draw better than me)

To give you some pointers, I made a couple modifications to your original sketch. Original to the left, modification to the right

Here you can see what I did to improve the anatomy and perspective. I chose to do it this way because it really is hard to explain it in words. Best way to learn IMO is to just look at others peoples art and take note of the way they drew it. Or at least that is how I learned to draw.

Guys, I know I dont post here much, but I gotta say something.
In 2007, my mom OD'd and died. i found her on the couch. i was 10.
I moved in with my now 30 year old sister, and I thought it was gonna be ok. I was wrong.
My sister, it turns out, had been a bad drug addict. she OD'd also and was dead for 28 minutes. she woke up, but we had to move. she had OD'd twice since then.
fast forward to last week. she comes home at 12:40 AM, and is had spent all our money on crack. big fight between her and her boyfriend, bla bla bla.
Im moving in with my aunt now, because this proved my suspicions that she wasnt clean, even though she had been in a 12 step program.
I think my bronyism stems from the grief i have felt without parents (btw my dad died 01), and now need you guys more than ever.
To me, you guys are more than random people on the internet, you're my family.

As for trolls not doing anything, at risk of giving trolls more initiative, that's not quite true.

Even if we have more regular users than there are trolls, the negakrama still adds up.
 
Quick example:

• I make a post and get no karma for it.
• Trolls come by and give it -2.
• It gets upvoted by +2.

My sum total is 0.

Thing is…I'd still have that -2 to my name. And if you care about that sort of thing, it's going to be harder to get a high percentage of karma for your profile (e.g., 70% green karma to 30% red karma received.)

If you're trying to get a B instead of a C or an A instead of a B, you know what I mean.
 
 
The trick is to not care. Unless you say something unbelievably unmerited, or are trying to start something, we'll (me included) will keep your post from getting buried.

And we all know each other on this thread, so we'll know who is a good poster (just about everyone) and who isn't without looking at their profile. And most people on KYM at large will know who posts funny, intelligent, and/or meaningful posts, because a lot of us post elsewhere, and other non-Brony users read this thread without posting. They know us well-enough.

The 200 or more negakrama we all have from trolls really means nothing compared to what you earn by being yourself.

Gotta say, it's good to be back!

Just spend the last 3 hours lurking checking all the last 26 pages of posts, and got touched to see how much everyone missed me /foreveralone

But still, I just had the time of my life in this trip. This year will be my last of highschool and I also will turn 18, so I found no better way to say "farewell" to my childhood than reliving it one last time, and Disney World was sure the place for doing that. Seeing all the characters that marked mine (and everyone's I suppose) childhood is no more than nostalgic and joyfull at the same time.

I also grew a great respect for Walter Elias Disney and all his work. That man was a true visionary who wanted to make the world a better place (Couldn't hold my manly tears when we went to "It's a Small World"). Even though he was scammed and almost lost everything, he still managed to turn the table and make himself a legend, and trully hope that Faust can do the same one day.

Now here's my late as fuck review of Baby Cakes:

So once again Faust and crew outdone themselves. If there was an episode that gave so many distinct emotions it was Baby Cakes. It made me laugh, it made me cry, even shit my pants a little. Starting with the crossbreeding and pony genetics finally becoming canon (which I cheered in victory) and with Mr. Cake hilarious >implying when he finished explaining it.

Another thing that made me crack up was Pound and Pumpkin Cake trolling on Pinkie and her attempts to tame them. I remember stating that the plot would be driven by either Pinkie innability to babysit or because the babies would be little devils, and smiled when saw that both happened (though the babies weren't devils, just cute and curious little trolls foals). And yeah, that creepy scene with Pound Cake was when I shat my pants.

And then there was Pinkie crying. From all the sadness I've seen in the show so far, that scene made my heart break in two. Seeing the most happy and cheerfull pony of all helplessly crying (for real) due to all stress she had passed thru and the frustration of making herself a usefull just made me wanted to brake the 4th, 5th, how many walls exist between me and Equestria, and give Pinkie a huge comforting hug and say there was no need to cry.

Closing, that episode was one of the greatest so far IMO. I always that the characters are at their best when they aren't acting "in their usual", and see Pinkie Pie serious the fuck up for once and manage to take such responsibility is definatelly something to applaud. And when she got her eyes wet when the babies spoke her name… Well, there's nothing else to say.
