Anyway, it seems there's a shipping war between Cheerimac and Fluttermac, and it's all over Ponibooru. There isn't one pic of the three that doesn't devolve into a flamewar in the comments section.

I personally ship Fluttermac in my head, but I also think anyone who tries to argue for any ship is fooling themselves, because shipping is very silly at heart. Thoughts?

Even though Derpy is one of my favorite things just about ever (in case you couldn't tell by the avatar and the fact that I mention this about three times a day), I think the sheer amount of rumors were more maddening than the possible name change itself.

Shit, this Derpy situation proved that, so I wouldn't be to surprised if some one somewhere got offended by Zecora, and if they saw that Hasbro/Studio-B removed Derpy due to the pressure, they'd remove Zecora due to pressure.

Hello, everyone. I’ve just signed up for KYM, and I look forward to adding to the community and all that good stuff. Though I haven’t posted in forums much, I am generally well educated in forum etiquette. I am aware this isn’t a MLP site, though I thought I’d first introduce myself here.

If you need to know, I’m 18, I turn 19 at the very end of June, and I’m a freshman at college (for personal reasons, I won’t state which one).

Welcome to the site and the thread. I don't know if that's the source, but that's the reasonable argument that I've been reading.

I've talked this into the ground along with others, so your article may not receive much response (I'm only making last rounds on the forums before I go to bed.) But I'll just post this in response.

I think this comic and the caption at the bottom reflects a lot of my opinions. I'm really starting to like this comic (ever since the Derpy fanfiction.)

Even if she leaves the show, the community will still love her and keep her alive.

Welp, "The Last Roundup" is now featured on the main My Little Pony website, complete with Derpy in all her "offending to people who are looking to be offended" glory.

If Hasbro's plan was to hastily tear down all canonical reference to the character in an attempt to stop angry complaints from oversensitive dipsticks with zero understanding of the internet or it's culture, there not doing a great job.

And since WeLoveFine have also re-renamed their "Ditzy Doo" or "Pony" branded merchandise back to "Derpy" branded merchandise, I'd like to think this whole crazy-ass Derpy fiasco is coming to an anticlimactic conclusion.

Who know's what the hell happened? Maybe someone threatened to go to court but turned out to be a fraud. Maybe the tens of thousands of bronies that signed petitions, made fanart and bought t-shirts convinced them that "Yes, we do give a crap about the name of a background character". Maybe the people over at Hasbro and WeLoveFine are just as confused as we are and this could pull another 180 and go for months.

Or maybe timelords, you make the call!

At this point I'm more confused then upset, so I think I'll just go to bed and wait for the new episode (and subsequently the onslaught of "Reading Rainbow" jokes) tomorrow.

Wouldn't it be funny if this whole thing was just something incredibly simple?

But I'm thinking of getting the qualifications for another profession too. Maybe plumbing.

Hmm… I don't think I've seen him actually lash out at bronies too many times. It's more about the hatred for ponies that radiates off him. I've got no problem with him though. I think he's a pretty cool guy. Eh moderates the database and doesn't afraid of anything.

I'd like to chat with him someday, but I really don't know what to say or ask.


Anyways, now that I graduated, I think I'll finally have some extra time to dedicate to my hobbies. I've got a ton of games I haven't even started, much less finished. Many scetches worth drawing, some DVD's unwatched, and many comics unread. I also need to make that "Pipsqueak at Your Service" song. I already got the melody down. But I can't finish it on Audacity, and the demo version of FL Studio seems too compliated to start without spending an entire day learning the very basics.

I'm just too lazy and disoriented to start on anything properly…

At least the new episode is here soon. Maybe that'll inspire me to keep coloring the Fluttershy of The Valley of The Wind crossover picture.

1. Missing the episode and the youtube uploads of it because I only have a little time on my laptop. Stupid parents lied and said Saturday was 4 hours, but it's really 1 hour in the afternoon.
2. Missing the discussion and the embedded stuff cuz my phone doesn't load those and I"m limited on when I can talk, so that's another thing.
3. I now am questioning everything my parents say because they're lying to my face a lot recently.
And putting too many restrictions on everythinf. Such questioning leads to more constraints, and those lead to more questioning.
