FYI, at the current time, the government of Nepal is still in Kathmandu, but is evacuating quickly with no time to contact allies. As this is a matter of swift action, I actually do not know myself where they will be at the end of the next turn, since each turn is six months long, and I need to micro-manage what happens in the next couple of months. Not sure how this will turn out, but I'm not giving up. Germany is a little too far away, and Vietnam is a little too close, don't you think? Good luck finding me. (I don't mean that sincerely.)

I was thinking of including Bhutan, Bangladesh, the former Nepal, and India. China is probably the most developed out of all the southeast Asian countries, and was considered for a membership, but there wouldn't be a real benefit for China other than alliances because ASEAN's purpose is to promote economic growth and social progress and due to the recent… disturbances, the decision will be delayed if China wants to join.
There would be no real benefit for China unless China wants to give large economic support to the poorer SE Asian countries and South Asian countries.
