Saw it when my dad was using the internet yesterday quite alot. Seemed to be used when somebody stole another's idea/thunder/trademark. I googled it, and it sorta looks like a ytmnd fad. Meme or no?

It's a popular image, and there was a little bit of a YTMND fad behind this, but it's nothing that noteworthy. All of them added together have a collective total of 14,632 views, spread over 11 YTMNDs produced between 2006 to 2007 with nothing new.

I wouldn't call that a meme.

Memedude, that's not a YTP, that's a Fark video.

People on Fark will photoshop a picture a million different ways over a short period of time, and some of them make compilation videos. They've even got a game called called Photoshop tennis where people take turns adding or changing a picture, then compiling a video.

They happen often, and not all of them are notable. What we're looking at is one very viral image, a handful of YTMNDs with very low view counts, and a Fark video with low views.

Based off of this alone, it doesn't look like much of a meme.

But there's a pretty good looking Google Insights trend.

I think looking around in Fark is the next step.
