I've noticed a lack of these entries. Both are prominent, and they've been used a lot on the internet (and this site) so, why not make entries on both?

Hmmm… I can't even is a must. That's pretty much the internetz go to phrase. I could have sworn we had an article on it though.
I Can't Brain has potential. Not sure it's used very often, but…
Plus, a google search turns up 6 t-shirts on the first page and about 789 Million other results.

What Is This I Don't Even has a confirmed entry, which kinda covers the same ground as I Can't Even. I haven't heard much of I Can't Brain, so I'm more hesitant on that.
