Bruce Nolan Typing is a scene from 2003 movie Bruce Almighty, in which the titular character types on his computer's keyboard in a comical fashion. Screenshots and gifs from this scene have been used online as reaction images related to online activities.
Origin
The comedy Bruce Almighty came out in May 14th, 2003. In one scene, Bruce Nolan, played by Jim Carrey, logs on his computer to access a divine mailbox and literally answer to all of the prayers he received. This scene is characterized by exaggerated facial expressions, which grow more extreme as Bruce accelerates his typing.
