Coquette Andrew Tate is a TikTok trend in which users photoshop and edit images of Andrew Tate to make him resemble the coquette girl aesthetic by wearing feminine and frilly clothing while surrounded by cultural markers such as Lana Del Ray vinyl. The trend began in August 2022, and users have since begun photoshopping Andrew Tate in other ways, including changing his race and turning him into the yellow M&M.
Origin
On August 3rd, 2022, TikToker[1] @photoshop.guy posted a video where he edited Andrew Tate to resemble people of different races. The video contained a voiceover that said "Would Andrew Tate still be a Sigma Male if he was Black. What if he was Irish? How about Mexican. Next up is Arabic. Andrew Tate as a Filipino." The video gathered 12.2 million views and 1.2 million likes in a week (see below, left). The video was also stitched by TikTokers to make reaction videos. One such video from TikToker[2] @julian.menon gathered over 1.7 million views and over 46,000 likes over 10 days (see below, right).

On August 6th, 2022, TikToker[3] @glasses.ghoul posted a video photoshopping Andrew Tate into a coquette girl with the caption, "They look amazing" The video featured a screen recording of Tate being edited to wear plaid skirts, a chiffon ruched shirt and ballet tights and shoes. He was also surrounded by coquette aesthetic signifiers like Lana Del Ray CDs and luxury makeup. The video gathered over 12,000 views and over 1,000 likes in 10 days (shown below, left).
Also on August 6th, TikToker[4] @hey.gurl.heyy posted a video with a text overlay that read, "I am sorry. Ever so sorry for coquettifying Andrew Tate. Whoever reported me I do share my condolences with you and I will never commit an action such as this again. Thank you." The video gathered little over a 1,000 views and 100 likes in 10 days (shown below, right).

On August 8th, 2022, TikToker[5] @alivinthechipmunkx posted a video editing Andrew Tate into a coquette girl using PicsArt. The video gathered over 45,000 views and over 9,000 likes in five days (see below, left). On August 13th, TikToker[6] @petervpz posted a video titled "coquette andrew🎀🍥🩰," where he edited a photo of Tate stretching to resemble a ballerina. The video gathered over 4 million views and over 800,000 likes in two days (shown below, right).
