Daughterjak is a Wojak variant and meme character depicting a red-haired preteen girl. Third in the series of family-based Wojaks following Wifejak and Husbandjak, the character achieved virality in mid-November 2024, with caption memes using the image parodying behavior typical of children in the age range of 6 to 12 years old and their interactions with parents.

Origin

On November 10th, 2024, X[1] user @iroasmas posted a Wojak meme depicting Wifejak, a Wojak parodying a stereotypical wife that went viral in April 2024, next to a younger Wojak sharing the same hairstyle and color meant to represent Wifejak's daughter. The post, captioned with humorous dialogue in which Daugherjak annoys Wifejak with incessant questions about the animated film Moana, garnered over 700 reposts and 16,000 likes in one day (shown below).

Later on November 10th, 2024, X[2] user @Nexuist posted a cropped image of Daughterjak with the caption, "Dadddd stop playing video games and reading tweets so I can be born already." The post (shown below) received over 1,200 reposts and 20,000 likes in one day.

On November 10th and 11th, the cropped image and the image of Wifejak together with Daughterjak both saw use in caption memes on X / Twitter, with memes parodying the typical behavior of preteen children.

For example, on November 10th, 2024, X[3] user @1owroller captioned the cropped image, "do you have any games on your phone," with the post gaining over 220 likes in one day (shown below).
