Dick Bigger Jr. is the name of a farmer in Henderson County, Illinois, who went viral online after appearing in a political ad for Susana Mendoza, a comptroller candidate in the 2022 election. In August 2023, after appearing at another political event, Dick Bigger of Biggsville became an internet sensation in memes and discourse due to his name and the implication of a "Dick Bigger Sr." existing.
Origin
On October 21st, 2022, the political campaign advertisement titled "Growth Spurts" for Susana Mendoza of Henderson County, Illinois was aired, featuring a quick snippet of a man named Dick Bigger Jr. saying the line "Susana Mendoza. This tiny lady got rid of Illinois' big, huge backlog of unpaid bills. She's our firecracker." On October 25th, a separate video of just the outtakes from Dick Bigger Jr. was then uploaded[1] to YouTube, where it received over 20,000 views in nine months (shown below).
On August 16th, 2023, X user @tspraguephoto[2] uploaded a photo of Dick Bigger Jr. getting a baseball signed by the Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker at the State Fair, with the caption stating that he has a baseball signed by former President Barack Obama, with the photo being viewed over 1.2 million times in one day (shown below).

The post from X user @tspraguephoto on August 16th, 2023, immediately brought Dick Bigger into the public eye, with social media posts and memes being made using his previous political ad photo appearing online in the following days. For example, on August 17th, X user @freedomactradio[3] uploaded a photo of Dick Bigger Jr. and Barry Wood, captioning the photo as "Dick Bigger Jr. and Dick Bigger Sr.," a common joke made based off the implication that a "Junior" means that a "Senior" must exist (shown below).
Later that day, X user @back2bed[4] uploaded a photo of IShowSpeed taken from his flashing incident livestream just days before, captioning it with a joke about Dick Bigger Jr's reaction when Dick Bigger Sr. shows up, earning over 77,000 views in four hours (shown below).
