About

The Elon Musk Botched Penis Implant Rumor refers to a viral rumor that Elon Musk received a botched penile implant that left him impotent. The conspiracy theory spread en masse in early 2025, following discourse about the use of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and surrogate mothers to birth most of his children, alluding to some that Musk was purportedly unable to perform. The speculation then sparked allegations claiming that Musk had a botched penis implant. The rumor was jumpstarted by American rapper and singer-songwriter Azealia Banks who stated on Twitter / X that fellow recording artist Grimes once told her that it was true. Grimes and Musk were romantically involved from 2018 to 2021 and had three children together. Only one of Musk's many children, Nevada Musk, was naturally born, which fueled speculation online about the theory.

Origin

On February 15th, 2025, X[1] user @retardednes replied to Azealia Banks in a thread about Elon Musk following claims made by Ashley St. Clair that she had a child with Musk. @retardednes wrote, "I heard he has a botched penis implant," receiving over 590 likes in two days (shown below).

Later on February 15th, Azealia Banks quote tweeted [2] the abovementioned reply, writing, "Grimes told me this too," concerning artist Grimes who dated Musk for three years and had three kids during that time. Only one of them was reportedly born without a surrogate mother.[8] Banks' quote tweet gained over 15,000 likes in two days (shown below).

Azaelia Banks is a well known coo-coo for cocopuffs crazy ass person who still sacrifices animals in her closet because she still believes in voodoo or something. So if she's going around saying something, it's probably not true.

However it would explain a lot of Elon's behavior in recent years, really has that "My Peepee don't work" energy. But like I said, If Azaelia Banks told me tomorrow's winning lottery numbers I wouldn't believe her for a second.
