Crocker's phrase "Fairy God Parents" is an explanation by one of the teachers in the show Fairly Odd Parents. The phrase in the show is often shown with spastic animation and in a way that he is seen as a conspiracy theorist. The animation style during used during his exclamation of this phrase has often been parodied.
Origin
Mr. Crocker first appears in the 4th episode of the first season "Transparents" [1] In the episode, the show's protagonist, Timmy Turner wishes up a dinosaur for his classes show and tell. Crocker, upon examining the dinosaurs says that "there's only one logical explanation. FAIRY GOD PARENTS!" The phrase is continually used throughout the series, often accompanied with spastic often seizure like movements when the phrase it uttered.
