On January 4th, 2025, TikToker^[1] @sujindah posted a video that begins with her repeating the phrase "full bush in a bikini" several times. She then explains that she saw an Etsy review for a bikini once in which the reviewer posted a photo of herself wearing a bikini with a "full bush" of pubic hair and it radicalized her, saying, "That's how it should be." The video gained over 9.5 million views in two days.

The video inspired some viewers to make videos referencing the "full bush in a bikini" review, including many that spread the idea that women should embrace their pubic hair. The video was also referenced elsewhere online, including by X^[2] / Twitter user @internetsprite on January 4th, 2025, who wrote, "just saw a tiktok about full bush in a bikini and I think it just unlocked something primitive in me," garnering over 450 likes in two days.

On January 5th, 2025, TikToker^[3] @lanadeldrain333 posted a video captioned, "Full bush in a bikini! The boots with the fur! An angel with wings!" garnering over 433,000 views in a day.

On the same day, TikToker^[4] @crazysillycoolgirl posted a video discussing the "full bush in a bikini" video and encouraging women to not shave their pubic hair, discussing how it's "never been an issue" with boys she's been with, also discussing the way that society has made shaving seem like the norm, garnering over 1.2 million views in a day.

Later on January 5th, 2025, TikToker^[5] @bravenewgirld posted a video shouting out @sujindah for making her video and causing her FYP to fill with content about rocking a full bush with a bikini, writing, "Shout out to the grl who posted full bush in a bikini as their Etsy review and has subsequently radicalized my fyp w feminist energy Really effing w that and dedicating 2025 το γοu," garnering over 3.1 million views in a day.
