Gary Spivey, Psychic Medium, Healer is an image macro series featuring an edited image of a TLC television appearance by psychic Gary Spivey. The image has been used in a series of image edits, among the most popular being Gary Spivey, Anime Tiddies Expert.
Origin
The origin of the "Gary Spivey, Psychic Medium, Healer" is unknown but is likely taken from a TV appearance on the TLC television network. However, on December 22nd, 2014, Straight Dope[3] forum user toadspittle wrote, "I caught the beginning of some horrible "guess the real and fake stories" show on (I think) TLC … and it featured the expert testimony of psychic Gary Spivey." While that may be the earliest mention of Spivey appearing on TLC, the photograph likely did not make it to the internet until 2008 or 2009. The earliest available version was published on December 18th, 2009 by Blogspot[4] user evenbearsaregoingbald (shown below).

On January 15th, 2014, Redditor [5] posted the image of Spivey on the /r/funny subreddit, received more than 1,700 points (83% upvoted) and 115 comments in less than seven years.
On November 3rd, 2015, Imgur [2] user Jwiley published a dump of image edits of the screenshot. Within five years, it has received more than 900 views (examples below).
Anime Tiddies Expert
One of the most widely used variations of the meme is an edit entitled "Gary Spivey, Anime Tiddies Expert." The earliest known usage of the "Anime Tiddies Expert" image was published by Tumblr [1] user funnyanimeshit on November 12th, 2014. The post received more than 500 notes in less than six months (shown below).
Over the next three years, the image continued to circulate online. Many users added a similar variation of "The Perfect Job Doesn't Exi" to the image (example below, left).
In 2019, the meme grew in popularity on Reddit, where variations on the /r/dankmemes subreddit received more than 20,000 points each (examples below, center and right).
