Goku "Party Party" refers to a series of memes on TikTok where players use the "Celebrate Me" dance emote, also known as "Party Party," while playing Fortnite with the Goku skin, in reference to a viral video where Goku somehow uses the emote while knocked down, then gets eliminated by a shotgun blast. The original video was posted to TikTok in September 2023 and inspired numerous videos following a viral repost in November.

On September 9th, 2023, TikToker[6] @standwithfalasteen posted a Fortnite clip where a knocked down Goku suddenly gets up and uses the "Celebrate Me" emote, then gets shotgunned by the player. It is not possible to emote while knocked down in Fortnite, suggesting this is a glitch. The video gained over 9 million views in three months (shown below).

On November 11th, TikToker[1] @nzur11 posted a Fortnite clip captioned "bro got flabergasted" where a knocked down Goku suddenly gets up and uses the "Celebrate Me" emote, then gets shotgunned by the player. It is not possible to emote while knocked down in Fortnite, suggesting this is a glitch. The video gained over 13 million views in a month (shown below).

The video went viral on TikTok over the following weeks, inspiring reposts and other videos referencing it. On November 29th, 2023, TikToker[2] @eldon_xoca2.0 posted a video captioned "party party.exe" referencing the original, garnering over 5.5 million views in five days (shown below, left). On November 30th, TikToker[3] @prime_figures posted a recreation of the original video with action figures, garnering over 2.6 million views in four days (shown below, right).
