About
He Would Not Fucking Say That is a catchphrase and exploitable meme template derived from a TikTok video in which a user presents how they think each South Park character would react if you asked their pronouns, with Cartman saying, "I use any pronouns! Thank you for asking," a line of dialogue which many believed was uncharacteristic of Cartman, resulting in an X, formerly Twitter, user reposting the video with the caption, "he would not fucking say that." The video was posted to TikTok in November 2021 and became the subject of memes over the following months, with the caption "he would not fucking say that" being attached to other images in reference to the original.
