If the "stranger" types "hnng" back, then the two exchange Tumblr URLs.From a search on Tumblr, one can see that it is very popular with the users of Tumblr. However, from the many screen shots of Omegle conversation, Strangers are often very confused.
According to Urban Dictionary , Hnng is the sound one makes when taking a poop or is constipated.
