On June 3rd, 2023, Twitter user @CeleCatto[3] posted a redraw of the comic strip using the Shinji in a Chair meme to comment about depression. On June 11th, 2023, Twitter[4] user @tan2w uploaded an animated version of the comic strip referencing their obsession with the new movie Spider-Man: Across The Spiderverse. The post (seen below) garnered 139,000 likes and 25,200 likes in three days.
