I Hate You Nigga, Let's Die, also known as IHYNLD, refers to a viral video of internet personality Hassan Campbell going on a rant about confronting someone outside of his house and saying, "I hate you, nigga. Let's die," implying that they should kill each other and die together. In 2025, the video resurfaced on TikTok, when a black-and-white video edit with somber music was shared on the platform. In the following weeks, Campbell's quote spread memetically as a catchphrase on sites like Twitter / X and elsewhere. The original clip comes from a November 2021 YouTube livestream, in which Campbell was berating fellow YouTuber 10 Toes Down (TTD).

Origin

On November 28th, 2021, YouTuber^[3] 050DAMOVEMENT, also known as 050CHYNABRIM, hosted a livestream that has since been deleted, in which several men joined, including YouTubers Hassan Campbell and 10 Toes Down (TTD). Clips from the deleted stream were shared on November 28th by YouTubers^[4][5] HARLEM LEGEND TV and Hassan Campbell Viral Clips.

The clip in question, originally shared as a clean version by YouTuber^[5] Hassan Campbell Viral Clips on November 28th, showed Hassan Campbell confronting TTD. He tells TTD to pull up outside of his house, then his local precinct and finishes by saying, "I hate you, nigga. Let's die." TTD is seen in a Brooklyn Nets sweatshirt in the bottom left.

An uncensored version of the clip was shared by Instagram ^[6] user @audubon_175 on November 29th, 2025, after the clip had resurfaced en masse.

Years later, in 2025, the clip resurfaced en masse. For instance, on November 30th, 2025, TikToker^[7] @userluvsfent_2 shared a video caption meme with the clip, joking about losing a match of the video game NBA 2K. Over five days, the video received over 56,600 likes.

On December 1st, TikToker^[1] @deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeecay shared a black-and-white edit of the clip, adding the ambient song "nothing left" by awaitedfate.^[8] Over four days, the video received over 726,000 likes.

On December 2nd, 2025, X^[10] user @NotRealJC tweeted, "Hassan Campbell’s brain is something else."

The post was quote-tweeted by X^[9] user @dissidiadreco on December 3rd, who attached the I Hate You Nigga, Let's Die clip, gaining over 9,200 likes in two days.

Also on December 3rd, 2025, X^[2] user @seventeenblades tweeted, "'I hate you nigga let's die' is genuinely the most unhinged sentence I have ever heard in my life bro what is that nigga's problem 😭😭😭😭😭😭," gaining over 48,000 likes in two days.
