I Would Never Be A Simp, continued At Your Service My Queen, refers to a Wokjak meme template showing the blonde Yes Chad stating that he would never simp only to be confronted by a woman (or another romantic subject) worthy of simping over to which he becomes buff, flexes his abs and states, "At your service my Queen." The earliest known post of the template was made in April 2021.

Origin

On April 23rd, 2021, the Facebook^[1] page MemeDown posted a meme that showed Brazilian professional wrestler Tay Melo interacting with the Yes Chad, prompting him to state, "At your service my Queen," just after stating, "I would never be a simp." The post received roughly 99 reactions in a year and a half (shown below). It is unknown if the Facebook page was the original creator of the template, however, it is currently the first known posting of the template online.

Spread

In late April 2021, multiple meme creators started to use the format, inserting desirable characters into the bottom left corner. For instance, multiple professional wrestling-centric Facebook pages started to use the format on April 23rd, 2021, like Facebook^[2] page The Wrestling Outsiders, which received roughly 270 reactions in a year and a half (shown below, left). On April 26th, 2021, the Facebook^[3] page 𝑺𝑷𝑨𝑪𝑬 𝑺𝑨𝑴𝑼𝑹𝑨𝑰 𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟗 used the template, inserting Cowboy Bebop's Faye Valentine and receiving roughly 2,600 reactions in a year and a half (shown below, right).

On April 26th, 2021, Redditor wiesno posted an iteration with Shrek to Reddit's /r/dankmemes,^[4] replacing the word "Queen" with "King." Over the course of a year and a half, the post received roughly 20,400 upvotes (shown below, left). The template spread to multiple subreddits thereafter. For instance, on April 30th, 2021, Redditor No1PDPStanAccount posted a Star Wars version to /r/PrequelMemes, ^[5] gaining roughly 22,700 upvotes in the same time period (shown below, right).

As time went on, the iterations became more elaborate as meme creators redrew the Yes Chad as well as replaced what words he was saying. For instance, on June 2nd, 2021, Redditor randomphilia696925 posted an iteration to /r/dankmemes^[6] that likened Pokimane and Belle Delphine as women not to simp over in comparison to Samsung Sam. The post received roughly 14,000 upvotes in 16 months (shown below, left). On August 11th, 2021, an elaborate iteration was submitted to /r/2balkan4you,^[7] earning an unknown amount of upvotes (shown below, right).

Video iterations emerged going into 2022. For instance, on May 16th, 2022, the Instagram^[8] page plocced posted a version about Amber Heard amid the Johnny Deep Defamation Trial. The iteration compared Heard to Depp's lawyer and received roughly 462,700 views and 35,100 likes in five months (shown below, left). On May 22nd, 2022, the Instagram^[9] page yummi_is_afk posted a video iteration about Irelia from League of Legends, gaining roughly 90,800 views and 12,900 likes in five months (shown below, right).
