If Kamala Wins I Will X refers to a series of social media pledges in which users promise to do something for their followers if the Democratic Party candidate Kamala Harris wins the 2024 United States Presidential Election. The pledge posts, in which users often promised to draw profile pictures for their followers or complete other things, achieved popularity in late October 2024 in the weeks preceding the election as a way supporting Kamala Harris in the upcoming election.
Origin
On October 22nd, 2024, X[1] / Twitter account @PopCrave made a post about the approaching 2024 United States Presidential election, writing, "Election Day is exactly two weeks away." On October 23rd, 2024, X[2] user @wiiudisks quoted the post with a pledge to draw OC characters and profile pictures for every person who commented on their post if the Democratic Party candidate Kamala Harris is the one who wins the election. The post (shown below) received over 5,500 replies, 2,300 reposts and 37,000 likes in one week.

In late October 2024, the trend in which people pledged to do something, often for those people who reply, in the event Kamala Harris wins the election achieved popularity on X / Twitter. For example, on October 23rd, 2024, X[3] user @KoriVRC_ promised to draw personalized banners for her followers in a post which garnered over 2,500 reposts, 53,000 likes and over 14,000 comments before @KoriVRC_ disabled the replies (shown below).
The trend also involved people making humorous promises: for example, on October 24th, 2024, comic book artist Adam Ellis wrote, "If Kamala wins I'll post full hog to the timeline". The post (shown below) received over 1,300 reposts and 43,000 likes on X[4] in one week.
