"It Takes A Pet Like No Problem!" is a viral video showing a bodega cat from a shop in Brooklyn, New York City getting pet as the man petting her exclaims, "It takes a pet like no problem!" The video was first posted in February 2018 and gained viral spread over the following years, resulting in fan art and videos.
Origin
The video was first posted to Instagram on an unknown date by user Ihavecritiques. Although the original Instagram account no longer exists, the video was reposted by the Instagram account bodegacatsofinstagram[1] on February 23rd, 2018, where it received over 6 million views in over five years (shown below).

The video was reposted to Twitter[2] by Bodegacats_ on the same day, where it received over 124,000 likes and over 44,000 retweets. It was also reposted to YouTube[3] by Leo Swartz on March 4th, 2018, which received over 34 million views in over five years. The video was also reposted to the Tumblr page catsofinstagram on March 2nd, 2018, where it received over 421,000 likes and over 494,000 reblogs in over five years. One of the reblogs was on January 21st, 2021, from Tumblr[4] user reiayanamismom, who clarifies that the cat is named Maui, and he is from Willy Deli in Brooklyn. The post also contained a photo of Maui as an adult cat (shown below). A similar post about Maui was made on Twitter[5] on January 15th, 2021, by Annie Fogarty who claims ownership of Maui.

The videogame Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, which was released on November 12th, 2020, features a pettable bodega cat by the name of Spider-Man. Miles says the phrase when he pets the cat (shown below).
On November 29th, 2021, YouTuber[6] Cookie the Calico posted a video of their cat being pet with the audio from the original video played in the background. The video (shown below, left) received over 70,000 views in over one year. On May 25th, 2022, YouTuber[7] MTB posted a video using the audio from the original video which was created in Miku Miku Dance, and uses characters from Touhou. The video (shown below, right) received over 75,000 views in over nine months. The video has also inspired numerous examples of fan art over the years (see "Various Examples")
