About
It's Some Form Of Elvish, I Can't Read It or Nothing… There's Nothing is an exploitable image macro meme based on a scene from The Lord Of the Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring in which Frodo attempts to read the writing on The One Ring but cannot because it's in Elvish, saying, "It's some form of Elvish. I can't read it." The earliest known example of the meme, which features an indecipherable or comedically absurd phrase on the ring, was posted to Facebook in 2012, with the format becoming increasingly popularized over the following years.
